goodbye saddleridge...hello sinclair avenue

well, we've offically been here over a week and i'm starting to feel somewhat settled. we're mostly unpacked which is a great feeling. my washer and dryer are up and running (as of 2 days ago) so now we have some clean clothes... i've been to target 3 times and wal-mart once (i now know that wal-mart isn't the place to go in austin....don't know if i'm gonna get used to that one.) i realize now that i could drive in fayetteville from point a to b in a total daze and get exactly where i was wanting to go. so far here, i've been honked at numerous times, gone down a one way street (the wrong way) and realize that i probably need to retake my driving test!! but, other than driving, i feel like i'm figuring out the city somewhat. i really do like big cities...i love all the options, parks, fun family things, and the weather here has been great so far. right now it's 33 in fayetteville....66 in austin! crazy huh. but, with all that austin has to offer, i definitely miss the comforts of fayetteville. so, friends, bring on the visits. i'm ready!
